Two intersecting directions
Throw 1 at X=0, Z=0 with yaw -45°. Throw 2 at X=200, Z=0 with yaw 45°.
The rays meet at X=100, Z=100. This is a geometry example, not a claim that a stronghold exists there in your world.
Estimate a Minecraft stronghold from two Eye of Ender throw positions and yaw angles. Includes negative coordinates, direction checks, and clear instructions.
Find an approximate stronghold location from two Eye of Ender throws using your X/Z positions and the horizontal yaw toward each eye. Two positions alone cannot locate a stronghold; the direction of each throw is essential.
Start with your values, or try a preset.
In the Overworld, stand still and record your X and Z coordinates at the first throw. Aim along the horizontal direction in which the Eye of Ender travels and record the yaw (not the vertical pitch). In Java Edition the debug screen shows your facing rotation.
Move sideways to a second position, ideally a few hundred blocks away, so the two directions cross at a useful angle. Record the second position and yaw. Both throws must point toward the same stronghold.
Enter both positions and yaw angles. Minecraft yaw is 0° south (+Z), 90° west (-X), -90° east (+X), and ±180° north (-Z). Negative coordinates and negative yaw are valid.
Travel toward the estimated X/Z and take another throw to check the result. If the tool asks you to check measurements, use more widely separated directions and verify the yaw signs. The result does not provide a safe digging depth or the exact portal room.

A little more context for your results.
No. It estimates the horizontal point that the eyes lead toward, near a stronghold. You still need to find the portal room inside. Mojang issue MC-218910 also documents why an eye target does not identify the correct Y level.
Two throw positions only tell us where you stood. The two yaw angles define rays; their intersection estimates the target. Averaging the positions would only return the midpoint between you and your second position.
Small angle-reading errors grow over long distances, especially when the directions are nearly parallel. The calculator rejects angles less than about 0.57 degrees apart and intersections behind either throw. Larger crossing angles and a third check improve confidence. Throws targeting different strongholds can still give misleading intersections.

This estimates the horizontal Eye of Ender target near a stronghold, not the exact End portal room or its Y level. Use two throws pointing to the same stronghold. Small yaw errors can cause large position errors. Yaw: 0° south, 90° west, -90° east, ±180° north.
